About the Course

Being home. Arriving, no longer having to do anything, just letting go. Finally finding peace and feeling content - deep within ourselves.

We all long for this so much - and yet we live the exact opposite. We think that we have to be different, better, stronger and more perfect, so that everything finally falls into place. But this moment never comes. We always criticize ourselves and try to be someone we are not, someone we actually don’t want to be. We believe that we are not lovable as we are, that we are not worthy.

So what can we do to find our inner home, to finally arrive home? Letting go and being content - that is the key.

In this three-month course, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche guides us in letting go everything we don’t need, bit by bit, and in this way becoming more and more content. The focus is on meditation, because through meditation we find access to our innate wisdom and to our true nature of deep contentment and perfect inner peace.

Mentally and physically we all hold on to so many things we don’t want or like. To our past, to self-doubt, to old accusations, to dissatisfaction with ourselves and even to our ideas of the future. All of this takes strength and requires effort. But we think we can’t and shouldn’t let go. We are afraid of losing ourselves if we let go. But it is only when we learn to let go that we find ourselves, that we find contentment. Letting go is the path to liberation. Letting go is liberation.

Letting go and contentment - these are the keys to our inner home.

Having access to the video recordings of all teachings and meditations is a very special benefit. It gives you the opportunity to listen to the teachings again and again and to use the videos of the guided practice sessions for your personal practice. A unique opportunity for substantial progress in your personal practice.

Three months are a good period of time to really change something and to arrive at yourself. During these three months you can practice, be guided again and again thanks to Rinpoche’s teachings and receive new impulses on how to move forward on the path to your inner home.

Just as important as the teachings and guided meditations are the times between the sessions. You will have your own experiences, questions will arise and you will have time to discover many things you would like to let go of.

During these three months you will get closer and closer to your inner home.

Participation in this Online Live Course is also possible after one or more sessions have already taken place. After registration you will get access to the videos of the session(s) you missed.

Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche

Tulku Lobsang is a high Buddhist master and teacher who was born in Amdo, northeastern Tibet. At the age of six, Rinpoche entered the local Buddhist monastic school and when he was eleven years old, he transferred to Nangzi Monastery, the largest Bon monastery in Tibet. At that time, the monks of Sowa monastery were looking for the reincarnation of their lama. At the age of 13, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche was recognized as the 8th reincarnation of the Nyentse Lama.

The young Rinpoche then received formal teachings in different monasteries and deepened his knowledge in Sutra, Medicine and Astrology. In addition to his general schooling, a number of highly respected scholars taught Tulku-la privately, instructed him in the teaching of Tantra and gave him empowerments and initiations in all eight lineages. Rinpoche remains a practitioner of all eight lineages.

In 1993, at the age of 17, Rinpoche left Tibet for South India to deepen and complete his studies at Gaden Shartse Monastery. After five years, Tulku-la moved to Dharamsala to pass on the Tibetan cultural heritage to both Tibetans and Westerners.

Since the year 2000, Rinpoche has been traveling through Europe, America and Asia sharing his deep knowledge in order to reduce suffering in the world. Tulku-la bases his teachings on the ancient knowledge of Tantrayana, which is the foundation of both Tibetan Buddhism and Tibetan Medicine. Rinpoche bridges worlds and translates the ancient wisdom of his venerable transmission lineage into practical advice for the present day.

What our participants say

"After having practiced Rinpoche's precious methods for a while, I can recognize a change in my life. I can see that I am not longer so hard and judging toward myself and others. It is easier to forgive myself and others and I also feel more general satisfaction. I slowly recognize the wisdom, kindness and compassion also in myself."
Lisa, Norway
"The internal changes I have been experiencing through Rinpoche´s teachings and practices are beyond my expression. I feel more open, relaxed, calm and content in general and also less affected by the external conditions. I go out of balance, but it is much easier to return to internal harmony within short time. I would like to express my deepest gratitude towards Rinpoche´s precious teachings."
Yuki, Spain
"As a Medical Doctor with a busy schedule, I continue to be inspired by Tulku Lobsang's teachings. They have had a profoundly positive effect on all areas of my life. I am healthier, happier and more energetic than I was 10 years ago.
