Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a highly respected Buddhist master and teacher from Amdo in north-eastern Tibet. Recognized as the 8th incarnation of the Nyentse Lama, he received a profound traditional training in Sutra, Tantra, Tibetan Medicine, and Astrology, and was personally instructed by highly accomplished masters from different lineages. As a practitioner of all eight lineages, he carries a rare breadth and depth of authentic knowledge.
Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is particularly valued for his unique ability to transmit ancient Tantrayana methods in a way that is both deeply authentic and accessible for modern students. In his teaching of Tsa Lung, he brings together a profound understanding of the subtle body, breath, and energy with precision, warmth, and many years of personal experience. His guidance supports students not only in learning the practice correctly, but in using it as a path of vitality, clarity, and inner transformation.
For more than two decades, Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche has been teaching internationally, sharing authentic Tibetan wisdom methods with students across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. His teachings build a bridge between ancient lineage transmission and the needs of people today, making these precious practices accessible in a living and meaningful way.

During six live teaching sessions, including a final Master Class, Tulku Lobsang will transmit the knowledge and experience of Tsa Lung. Rinpoche will guide you step by step through the movements and breath techniques, ensuring you understand how to move wind-energy effectively.
Please note:
To deepen your understanding, Tsa Lung teacher Maaike Decock will lead dedicated Question & Answers sessions to clarify your experiences and address any questions that arise.
Please note:
During the summer break (16 June – 10 September), guided Tsa Lung practice sessions will take place twice a week via Zoom. These sessions are led by Tsa Lung teachers or experienced Tsa Lung practitioners.
Please note:
At the beginning of the program, you will be assigned to a peer group of four participants. We will do our best to group participants according to language, although this cannot be guaranteed.
The peer groups provide an opportunity to practice together and to prepare for your future role as a teacher through demonstration classes and feedback rounds. Contact details will be shared within each group, so that members can arrange their online meetings individually at times that are most convenient for everyone.
During the summer break, from 16 June to 10 September, each peer group is required to meet online at least twice for demonstration classes including feedback rounds. These meetings are organized independently by the group members.
Please note:
Participation is mandatory for those who wish to become certified teachers.
Written Online Test
During the summer break (16 June – 10 September), participants are required to complete a written online test. This must be submitted before the Master Class on 12 September 2026.
Video Practice Submission
Participants will also submit a video recording of their Tsa Lung practice. This serves as a practical exam and will be reviewed and approved by Nangten Menlang International.
Please note:
Examination is mandatory for those who wish to become certified teachers.

Her ongoing study and practice of these teachings have only deepened her inspiration. With warmth and genuine enthusiasm, she is dedicated not only to her own path, but also to sharing this transformative knowledge in a way that can truly benefit others.

Tsa Lung is an ancient Tantrayana method that combines breath retention, physical movement, and visualization to move our wind-energy throughout the body.
While many general wellness or energy practices focus on relaxation on a general level, Tsa Lung goes much deeper into the subtle body system. In the Tantrayana tradition, it is designed to allow energy to reach deeper and deeper places and open more and more subtle channels. Participation in this education will change your life and lead to a deep inner transformation and a completely different understanding of your own energy system. You will learn in detail how to move your wind-energy to clear the blockages that cause both physical and mental suffering, leading to greater vitality and mental clarity.
Once you have successfully mastered your wind-energy with Tsa Lung, you will be able to maintain a state of flow and health – addressing energy blockages before they result in deeper suffering. You will not only have the authentic transmission and deep understanding of your own subtle channels – but you will also have the capability to help others find vitality and to live an easier, happier and more vibrant life.
